   I go to freecomputerrepairguide[.]com – covers a lot of this (clearing temp files, removing spyware/viruses and loads of other? stuff), all free too. Sorted my computer out anyways…

   I also recommend malwarebytes. As like planetlover316 said, it catches things that AVG misses.
   I use both.

    reinstall it and make sure that you select the free version and not the trial version in the beggining somewere in the set up.
